Our client, a dynamic executive search and advisory firm specialising in connecting exceptional talent with innovative, high-growth companies is looking for an established Head of Content to join their growing team. Operating cross-sector, they partner with organisations from early-stage scale-ups to established industry leaders to identify and place transformative leaders.
Combining deep market knowledge with a consultative, partnership-led approach, they craft bespoke talent strategies that deliver long-term impact. Known for precision, discretion, and high-touch service, they excel in fast-moving, high-stakes environments where strategic connections can redefine success.
Role
- Lead the development and execution of a cohesive content strategy that reinforces the firm’s positioning as a thought leader in the tech and VC space of executive search and leadership advisory.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content across formats including articles, whitepapers, case studies, reports, newsletters, event collateral and social media.
- Partner with senior leadership and subject matter experts to distil complex insights into compelling narratives tailored for target audiences.
- Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of content aligned to strategic priorities and market trends.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels and materials.
- Analyse content performance using relevant metrics to inform ongoing strategy and optimise future output.
- Identify emerging content formats, platforms, and technologies to enhance audience engagement and reach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content strategy and creation, ideally within a tech, VC, professional services or B2B environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences and formats.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, SEO principles, and content distribution strategies.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and actionable content.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional input.
- Data-driven approach to evaluating content impact and shaping future initiatives.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for delivering work that inspires and informs.
