Our client, a global consultancy specialising in driving growth and transformation within finance functions across a broad range of industries is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Lead to add to their marketing team. Known for enabling organisations to modernise outdated workflows, this consultancy supports finance teams in becoming more agile and insight-driven, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.
The Growth Marketing Lead will play an important part in driving business development as well as taking part in the execution of data-led, end-to-end marketing strategies designed to maximise top-of-funnel lead generation and will aim to position our client as a market leader in their field.
Role
- Lead the development of a holistic growth marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s mission, target audience, and commercial goals
- Using a data-led approach to evaluating and iterating, this person will be responsible for setting and executing marketing strategies to drive top of funnel leads and support conversion
- Design and deliver integrated campaigns across earned, owned and paid channels including digital, social media, email, website, events, media etc.
- Management and evaluation of marketing spend to enhance ROI
- Data-led Performance & Funnel Optimisation
- Set up and manage core marketing infrastructure including CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting tools
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including brand engagement, lead volume and quality, and marketing ROI
- Use data and insights to refine strategies and optimise marketing spend and conversion
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment of marketing strategy with broader business priorities
- Identify and develop opportunities for brand positioning, thought leadership, events, and strategic partnerships
- Manage marketing team, external suppliers and freelancers where necessary to scale delivery
- Provide insight and recommendations based on market data, campaign performance, and audience analytics
- Marketing Strategy & Planning to include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s commercial objectives and brand positioning
- Define strategic priorities across content, digital, brand, and lead generation to support business development efforts
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and positioning
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Partners, consultants, and business development leads to align marketing with broader client acquisition and retention strategies
- Support internal teams with messaging, decks, and proposal materials where needed
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on market positioning and brand development
Requirements
- Experience leading a Marketing or Growth Marketing function in a scaling business
- Demonstrated exposure to working with or into high growth businesses, such as those in the SaaS, Financial Services, FinTech or wider Tech space
- Expertise in executing growth strategies across various channels, including paid media, content marketing, and outbound initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with demonstrated exposure to using data tools and strong command of analytics for optimising performance and informing strategic decisions
- Experience with account-based marketing and personalized demand-generation tactics
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools for effective, scalable outreach - specifically Attio
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams, including external agencies, freelancers and support
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets
- Solutions-orientated individual - someone who thrives on solving problems and is happy to roll their sleeves up and work across both strategy and execution
