Marketing and Communications Manager

Our client is a specialist investment business operating at the intersection of capital, data and long-term value creation. As the organisation continues to grow, they are investing in building a stronger, more cohesive external profile to ensure their thinking, performance and culture are clearly articulated to the market. They are looking to hire a MarComms Manager to take ownership of brand, content and digital channels, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape how the firm shows up across key audiences.
Role
- Own and deliver the firm’s marketing and communications activity across digital, content and brand
- Develop a clear, consistent narrative that reflects the firm’s strategy, values and investment approach
- Lead content creation across thought leadership, insights, reports and marketing collateral
- Manage and evolve the website and social presence, with a particular focus on LinkedIn
- Translate complex, technical subject matter into clear and engaging content for external audiences
- Partner closely with senior leadership to support business priorities and external communications
- Coordinate and manage external agencies and suppliers where required
- Track performance across channels, using insight and data to refine approach and improve impact
- Ensure all marketing output meets high standards of quality, accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering marketing and communications activity within a professional, B2B or services-led environment
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
- Experience owning digital channels, including websites, email and social platforms
- Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and incorporating feedback effectively
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how marketing supports wider business goals
- Confident working autonomously while collaborating closely with a small, high-performing team
- Interest in investment, finance or data-driven businesses, and motivation to build a credible long-term brand
