We create our salary information with the aim of them being as helpful and valuable as possible to the people we work with and the wider industry. We do this not with opinions or assumptions, but by using data such as aggregating live roles across the industry, placement figures, and data drawn down from thousands of conversations with candidates and employers in the region. Oh, and we’ve removed the usual 20 pages of marketing bumph and grandstanding so you can get straight to the good stuff!

Please be aware that as with the 2024 salary survey, the 2025 brackets are aggregated to the lowest common denominator so as to be inclusive of the far ends of the spectrum, but do not constitute a suggested starting salary for each level.
